Appellant was tried by a special court-martial, consisting of the military judge alone. Pursuant to his pleas of guilty, entered pursuant to a pretrial agreement, Appellant was convicted of one specification of disobeying a petty officer, two specifications of failure to obey a lawful order, one specification of making false official statements, one specification of wrongful use of marijuana, one specification of wrongful distribution of marijuana, and one specification of wrongful introduction of marijuana with intent to distribute, in violation of Articles 91, 92, 107, and…
