PLEASANTS, Chief Justice.

— This writ of error is prosecuted by plaintiffs in error as executors of the will of A. W. Harrell, deceased, from an order of the District Court of San Jacinto County refusing to allow them to file protest and resist the confirmation of. ' a sale made by defendant in error as temporary administrator of the estate of said A. W. Harrell, said sale having been previously confirmed by the Probate Court of said county and the matter taken to the District Court on appeal by the widow of the deceased.
