This was an action of slander, brought by plaintiff in error (plaintiff below) in the district court of Lyon *517county. A demurrer to the first and second counts of the petition was sustained, and this is the ruling now complained of. As the two counts are substantially alike, it will be sufficient to notice only the first. That is' as follows:
