This is an interlocutory appeal from two orders of the Circuit Court for Leon County, Florida, entered on June 2 and 27, 1958, arising out of the following situation shown by the record.

On March 7, 1958, the appellee, the Southeastern Telephone Company, which renders telephone service in several counties in the northern part of Florida, filed an application for an increase in rates and charges with the Florida Railroad and Public Utilities Commission, which ’has jurisdiction over rates chargeable by telephone companies in this state under 'Chapter 364, Florida Statutes,…
