*64 ¶ 1 In February 2014, defendant, Robert Peel, was arrested and charged with reckless discharge of a firearm. In September 2015, a jury found defendant guilty. At the January 2016 sentencing hearing, the trial court sentenced defendant to 30 months' probation and 4 days' imprisonment, with 4 days of presentence credit for time served.
