¶ 1. James Kendrick was convicted by a jury in the Sunflower County Circuit Court of aggravated assault. He was sentenced to fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with this sentence to run consecutively to his sentence in Rankin County cause number 12,620.
