MONTEITH, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Harris County overruling a plea of privilege. The action was brought by appellee, Trinity Finance Corporation, for recovery from Thomas Bo-canegra, Iris Jean Ezzell, and Jack Liegl of the balance due on a note executed by Thomas Bocanegra, and for foreclosure of a chattel mortgage lien executed by him and payable to Iris Jean Ezzell. The note was endorsed and assigned to appellee, Trinity Finance Corporation. The note sued on was secured by a chattel mortgage on a 1941 Chrysler automobile, which was alleged to…
