The defendant, Joseph B. Morris, Jr., was convicted by a jury of possessing a narcotic drug for .the purpose of sale and with the intent to induce or aid another to unlawfully use or possess narcotics. C.R.S. 1963, 48-5-20(1 )(a)(b). On appeal, the defendant claims that the evidence is insufficient to sustain ,his conviction. We agree that the evidence, when measured against the language and the intent of the statute, will not support his conviction of the crime charged.
