—The deceased died in New York, January 23, 1884. Letters of administration were issued to the public administrator March 3, 1884, and on July 3, 1885, a decree was made directing the cash balance of the estate to be paid to the four brothers and sisters of deceased, viz: Michael Tobin, Ellen Cooke, John Tobin and Mary Molloy. The first two received their shares; and as John Tobin and Mary Molloy did not apply for their distributive shares within two years after the decree was made, the moneys have been paid into the city treasury.
