Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Rooney, J.), rendered May 16, 2011, convicting him of murder in the second degree and attempted murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was accused, and ultimately convicted, of murder in the second degree and attempted murder in the second degree, arising from a shooting incident that occurred after 11:50 p.m. on November 15, 2009.
