This casp is before the Court for review of the decision of the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Demott v. State, 160 So.3d 520 (Fla. 5th DCA 2015). The district court certified that its decision is in direct conflict with the decision of the Second District Court of Appeal in Callaway v. State, 658 So.2d 593 (Fla. 2d DCA 1995). We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(4), Fla. Const.' For the reasons- set forth below, we hold that Demott’s special condition of probation, “you will not associate with anyone who is illegally using drugs,” is not unconstitutionally vague.
