Tedder, as Judge of the Circuit Court of the Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit of Florida for Broward County, requiring him to take and entertain jurisdiction of a certain action begun in that court in which Elston Bank and Trust Company, a corporation, sought a writ of mandamus to compel R. M.
