The movants, twenty-one owners or groups of owners of tracts of land abutting Morgan Street in St. Louis, appeal from a judgment of the circuit court, of the City of St. Louis overruling their two motions in the above cause, one being entitled “Motion to Set Aside and Vacate Judgment,” and the other “Motion to Set Aside and Recall Judgment or to Modify Same.” The main action was a condemnation proceeding brought by the City to widen Morgan Street.
