OPINION

LOPEZ, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction of armed robbery in violation of § 30-16-2, N.M.S. A.1978. We affirm.

Defendant presents four points for reversal: (1) the trial court erred in refusing to dismiss the criminal information against defendant; (2) the court erred in refusing to suppress evidence obtained during and after an allegedly illegal arrest of defendant and search of defendant and his vehicle; (3) the court erred in refusing to suppress a photographic identification and subsequent in-court identification of defendant; and (4) the court erred by sentencing defendant in…
