OPINION

NUGENT, District Judge.

Appellants John M. Logan and Alan Michael Laws were found guilty by a jury sitting in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee on ninety-four counts of criminal charges, which included making false statements, false entries, false claims, and one count of conspiracy. Appellants filed a timely notice of appeal to this Court, challenging their convictions and the corresponding sentences.
