This False Claims Act ("FCA") matter is before the Court on Defendant's Bill of Costs [Doc. 260]. The parties litigated this case for approximately five years, at the end of which the Court denied Defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, denied Plaintiff's partial motion for summary judgment, and granted Defendant's motion for summary judgment.
