The judgment complained of upon this writ of error was entered upon a verdict for defendants in an action of unlawful entry and detainer brought to restore to plaintiffs possession of a parcel of land containing six and two-fifths acres, claimed by both parties, adjoining landowners, as part of their respective tracts. That owned by the plaintiffs comprises SO acres called and known in the record as the Suttle, tract and lies immediately to the south of the larger 200-acre tract owned by defendants.
