The suit is to recover on a policy for $1,000 issued by the defendant company on the life of Jessie Thibeau, who died on October 16, 1939. The policy was issued on July 11, 1938, without a medical examination of the deceased insured. The claim is resisted on the ground that the insured gave false answers in her application for the insurance relative to her health and medical treatment.
