Michelle McIntosh and Elaine Dinges (formerly Elaine McIntosh) (collectively, plaintiffs) appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Amiel Cueto and his law firm, Cueto, Daley, Williams, Moore & Cueto, Ltd. (collectively, defendants). Plaintiffs claim that defendants are guilty of legal malpractice for having allowed the statute of limitations on plaintiffs’ medical malpractice claim to run without filing a complaint.
