¶ 1 Todd and Stephanie Palmieri appeal from the judgment entered on the nonjury verdict in favor of Appellees, Glenn and Holly Partridge. We affirm.
¶ 2 The following facts are relevant. In spring 2001, Appellees listed their home located at 275 Hothorpe Lane in Radnor Township for sale with Prudential, Fox, & Roach Realtors (“Prudential”) for $2,475,000. On May 28, 2001, Appellants submitted a written offer to purchase the property for $2,000,000.
