— Plaintiffs filed this bill in equity to restrain defendants from interfering with the present use of certain premises which plaintiffs allege were dedicated by Frank E. DeLong *620for school purposes. One of the defendants, the First National Bank of Danville, Pennsylvania, is the executor of the estate of Frank E. DeLong. The other two defendants are creditors of that estate. The bill alleged that defendants threatened to have the premises sold as the property of Frank E. DeLong for the payment of his debts.
