Defendant appeals as of right from a lower court order denying his motion to set aside an income withholding order. We reverse and vacate.

Defendant is the father of a child born outside of marriage, for whom child support in the amount of $40 per week was ordered and is payable through the Lapeer County Friend of the Court. The support payments are several years in arrears, and defendant has been jailed and fined several times since 1980 for his failure to pay the support.
