—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Edward Davidowitz, J.), rendered September 15, 1989, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 4 to 12 years on the robbery conviction to run concurrently with 1 year terms for each of the other convictions, unanimously affirmed.

After a gunpoint robbery of a taxicab driver, defendant was apprehended by other taxicab drivers.…
