Margaret W. Schuddeboom, hereinafter referred to as “’decedent,” a resident of Shenandoah County, Virginia, died testate on August 28, 1996, and her Last Will and Testament dated August 28, 1997, was admitted to probate by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shenandoah County. In this will, the decedent made a number of small specific bequests of personal property and cash which are of no relevance to the decision in the pending lawsuit.
