On April 4, 1989, the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque together with various individuals (“Plaintiffs”) filed suit challenging the City of Albuquerque’s (“the City”) Montafio Bridge project (“the project”). Plaintiffs sought to enjoin the construction of the bridge and sought an award for damages resulting from the project. Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment dismissing their complaint.
