The instant appeal presents to the court the very narrow question of whether, as a matter of law, the grandparents of children whose parents’ rights to the children have been terminated by court order are entitled to rights of visitation following the termination, or whether, as a matter of law, the best interests of such children require us to hold that such rights of visitation do not exist.
