HEALY, Circuit Judge.
Involved here are appeals from an order of the District Court directing appellant to take an oath of secrecy before the grand jujy convened in the district, and from a later order adjudging her in contempt for refusing to take the oath.
Four appeals have been prosecuted, two from the order directing the taking of the oath, and two from the judgment in contempt. The duplicate appeals were precautionary, counsel being in doubt whether the orders are civil or criminal in nature.
