This is a motion for an order vacating the judgment entered herein on the 23d day of January, 1937, and granting a new trial on the ground that the plaintiff failed to prove that it had complied with chapters 100 and 323 of the Laws of 1936 and comprising sections 50-a to 50-c, inclusive, of the General Municipal Law.
