Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Campbell circuit court cancelling a warrant for the assessment of one dollar per front foot against property of plaintiffs, who are appellees here, and which had been issued by the board of copimissioners of the city of Newport as the apportionment due against their property, which the city claims was benefited by the construction of a sewer in Columbia, Sixth and Seventh streets in the city.
