The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of *1201Driver Licensing (DOT), appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County that, on a motion for reconsideration filed by DOT, sustained the appeal of Patricia Dubolino from a three-month suspension of her operating privilege.1
