*777In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Flug, J.), entered March 24, 2005, which, upon a jury verdict in favor of the defendants and against him, dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, the complaint is reinstated, and a new trial is granted, with costs to abide the event.
