McKUSICK, Chief Justice.

Defendant Maine Employment Security Commission appeals from a decision of the Superior Court (Kennebec County) awarding attorney’s fees to counsel for plaintiff Ramona Coates in connection with her earlier successful appeal to this court from a Commission decision that had disqualified her from receiving unemployment compensation. The Superior Court order awarded plaintiff’s counsel an “additional contingency fee” in the amount of 25% of the total fee the Commission had already approved for his services in representing plaintiff on that prior Law Court appeal.…
