Daniel Trevino appeals from the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Mr. Trevino's motion raised several claims, two of which related to prosecutorial misconduct and counsel's failure to object to improper comment in closing argument.
