From the opinion delivered by Mr. Justice- Hilliard on behalf of the majority of the court, characterizing’ as unconstitutional the so-called UR Act (S. L. ’33, Extraordinary Session, page 94, chapter 14), I respectfully dissent. That opinion touches — and touches but lightly— upon only two of the six contentions originally advanced by the plaintiff in error Walker, and sustains them both.
