In this appeal of an order denying a career soldier’s motion for summary judgment or, in the alternative, to dismiss a belatedly served complaint, we are called upon to determine the scope and effect of the tolling provision of Section 205 of the Soldiers’ & Sailors’ Civil Relief Act. 50 USCA Appx § 525.
