— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bayne, J.), dated December 16, 2011, which denied his motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

On June 11, 2010, a vehicle owned and operated by the plaintiff and a vehicle operated by the defendant Wei Cheng, and owned by the defendant Peng Li, Cheng’s husband, were involved in an accident at the intersection of Atlantic and Kingston Avenues in Brooklyn.
