OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Attorney Dale D. Cook ("appellant"), appeals from the March 21, 2008 order of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division ("probate court"), in which that court held appellant in contempt of court for his failure to attend a January 3, 2008 hearing, and ordered appellant to pay $3,768.50 in attorney fees incurred by plaintiff-appellee, Bank One Trust Company, N.A. ("appellee"), in connection with that hearing.
