Ligonier Tavern (Employer) petitions for review of the July 18, 1995, order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which affirmed the decision of the referee1 awarding “additional compensation” benefits to Julie Walker (Claimant) under Section 320 of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act),2 because of Employer’s violation of *224the Child Labor Law (Law).3
