This was an appeal from the probate court to the district court from an order made for the distribution of property upon the final settlement of a decedent’s estate. The controversy was between the widow of the decedent and his children by a former marriage, as to whether there was a valid antenuptial agreement between the widow and decedent which was in effect at the time of his death and which should be taken into account in the distribution of the estate.
