—In a child neglect proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, the Law Guardian appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of disposition of *603the Family Court, Kings County (Segal, J.), entered December 11, 1992, as, upon a fact finding order of the same court, dated August 5, 1992, made upon the mother’s admission, inter alia, finding that the children had been neglected, released the children to the custody of the mother.
