Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 278 (1996), Relator Northwestern National Life Insurance Company filed petitions with the tax court challenging Respondent Henne-pin County’s 1998 and 1994 assessments of Northwestern National’s property, consisting of an office building and data center located at 111 Washington Avenue South in Minneapolis (“the subject property”).
