On July 1, 2015 Plaintiff Capital Finance, LLC ("Capital Finance") and a group of eight skilled nursing facilities and long term acute care hospitals (collectively, the "Borrower"), controlled by Defendants Josef Neuman ("Neuman") and Oscar Rosenberg ("Rosenberg") (collectively, "Defendants"), entered into a Credit and Security Agreement (the "Credit Agreement") and a Revolving Loan Note.
