OPINION ON APPELLANT’S MOTION FOR REHEARING

After considering Appellant’s motion for rehearing, we deny the motion, but we withdraw our opinion and judgment of April 30, 2015, and substitute the following. •

A jury convicted Appellant Thomas Jefferson Smallwood Jr. of six counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under seventeen years of age and three counts of sexual assault of a child under seventeen years of age, all charged in a single indictment, and assessed his punishment'at fifty years’ confinement on each aggravated sexual assault count and twenty years’…
