R. W. Porter, Inc., a licensed contractor, was obligated under the terms of a master collective bargaining agreement *247to pay certain prescribed contributions to the trustees of the unions’ health and insurance and pension plans for the membership. The contractor defaulted in those payments, $3,715.06 in one instance and $7,352.80 in the other.
