Appellant, Turfers, Inc. (Turfers), encountered reverses in its attempt to market a certain type of Bermuda grass. When appellee, Frederick Production Credit Association (Production Credit), then attempted to collect the sums it had loaned Turfers, the latter corporation, certain of its individual stockholders, and their spouses mounted a two pronged attack by way of defense. That attack will prove as unsuccessful in this Court as it did in the trial court. There, Judge Wise, who heard the case without a jury, entered judgment in favor of Production Credit against Turfers and the individuals.…
