The county treasurer and ex-officio county collector of LaSalle county, Illinois, made application to the county court at its June term, 1930, for judgment and order of sale against the real property of the National Plate Glass Company, a corporation, for delinquent real, estate and personal property taxes for the year 1929, amounting to approximately $29,000.
