KEITH, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Gary J. Du-deck, Jr. (“Dudeck”) pled guilty to a three-count indictment charging him with receipt of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, receipt and/or distribution of child pornography, and possession of child pornography. The district court imposed concurrent terms of imprisonment on each of the three counts charged in the indictment.
