MASSEY, Chief Justice. ’

This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court of Wichita County denying an Insurance Company relief prayed for through a bill in equity, in the nature of a bill of review seeking to set aside a final judgment previously entered in a Workmen’s Compensation case. Chester Burton was plaintiff in the Workmen’s 'Compensation case, and Traders & General Insurance Company was the defendant in that case.
