MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SIM LAKE, District Judge.
Pending before the court is KAE Olympiakos SFP’s Motion to Vacate Default Judgment (Docket Entry No. 18), and Plaintiffs Motion to Strike the Declaration of Christos Stavropoulos (Docket Entry No. 34). Having considered the motions, responses and additional briefing, the parties’ submissions, the procedural history of this case, and the applicable law, the court concludes, for the reasons explained below, that the motion to vacate should be granted and the motion to strike should be denied.
