*184The following is the decision and order of the court expanding on the decision rendered in court after hearings.

The defendants in this case have been indicted for murder in the second degree and other related charges. The defendants have moved for dismissal of their indictments on the basis of a Brady violation by the prosecutor. The defendants argued in court that the failure of the prosecutor to turn over statements made by Nicholas Taylor so severely prejudiced their case that the only remedy was dismissal.
